Pints4Paws

Vero Beach, FL – On Sunday, October 5, the local arts and hospitality community came together at The Stamp Bar in downtown Vero Beach for Pints4Paws, a creative fundraiser benefiting H.A.L.O. No-Kill Rescue Shelter.

The event combined art, music, and community spirit to raise awareness and collect essential pet supplies for foster animals in need. Attendees donated food, toys, blankets, and other supplies to support H.A.L.O.’s ongoing mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals throughout the Treasure Coast.

Guests enjoyed live performances from local musicians

Ben & Brian, Cheep & Song, and Chloe, while sipping on themed cocktails like “Pawgaritas” and “Whisker Sours”, with a portion of bar proceeds donated directly to the cause.

The Irish American Club prepared and sold food during the event, with proceeds further supporting rescue efforts.

Special recognition goes to Headquarters Barber Shop and Dog Days of Vero, who served as the event’s premium sponsors, helping make Pints4Paws possible through their generous community support and commitment to local rescue initiatives.

Raffle prizes—donated by South Paw, Scampi Grill, Walking Tree Brewery, TC Creative Co., Salty Sisters Co., Shore LB, and Art by Hopey—kept the crowd engaged throughout the day, adding to the event’s festive spirit.

The event featured a unique artistic twist, Pints4Paws featured

live mural painting, where community members could have their pets permanently painted on the wall of The Stamp Bar for a minimum donation of $20. The mural was collaboratively painted by artists Kayla Dakin, Emily Snow, Chloe Cappelen, and Hope Johnson, capturing beloved local pets and creating a lasting visual tribute to community compassion.

The event was co-organized by Kayla Dakin, owner of Organized Creations & Designs LLC., who recently founded the BogWater Collective—a new collaboration of local artists driven by the spirit of creativity, community, and coastal Florida culture alongside, Emily Snow found of Treasure Coast Creative Consulting Inc. Pints4Paws marked the Collective’s first official benefit event, setting the tone for future artistic partnerships and charitable projects across the Treasure Coast.

Kayla’s vision for BogWater Collective is to unite Florida-based artists under a shared mission:

Mission: To cultivate creativity that uplifts communities through collaboration, compassion, and connection to the natural beauty of Florida’s landscapes and wildlife.

Vision: To build a thriving network of artists and makers who use their craft to inspire purpose-driven art, environmental awareness, and community impact throughout the Sunshine State.

“The response from the community was incredible,” said Dakin. “This is only the beginning. BogWater Collective is about bringing artists together to create, give back, and make something beautiful that lasts—just like this wall.”
